RARE FIND - Coffees that are one of a kind. Featuring selections from winning farms, auction lots or used as competition grade coffees. We hope to delight your senses and elevate your tasting experience to a whole new level.

CENTRAL CURRENTS - Low-Key Geishas is our way of looking beyond the spotlight.
Not every Geisha steps onto the world stage, but some are built through the same quiet discipline — careful farming, steady processing, and consistency across seasons.

This volume is a tribute to producers who work resiliently, and a reflection of our own approach: staying low & focused, and improving step by step.

Low-key means staying grounded, not unseen. The effort is real, and the cup proves it.

01 - PANAMA MIL CUMBRES GN 3.2.25 OMO
Mil Cumbres (“a thousand hills”) is a high-elevation farm on the slopes of the Barú Volcano in Cordillera, Chiriquí, planted between 1,600–2,000 MASL (reaching above 1,800m). The volcanic soil, cool temperatures, and annual rainfall of 3,000–6,000 mm support slow cherry maturation and flavour development. The 60-hectare property dedicates 25 hectares to coffee; the rest is protected native forest within the Barú Volcano National Park. Formerly an old cattle pasture, the farm was converted into specialty coffee and accessed via a reactivated timber trail. Owned by Mario Fonseca and Arturo Klein and managed by Ratibor Hartmann, its first coffees became available in 2019.

Their stated focus is long-term quality, land preservation, sustainable growing practices, and improving the quality of life of their workers and families. Their disciplined approach has been reflected through consistent cup quality and repeated recognition in competitions

03 - COLOMBIA MILTON MONROY MOON GEISHA
Milton Monroy produces Geisha from San Pedro farm in San Juan de la China, Ibagué, Tolima (around 1,600 MASL). His coffee journey began with his father growing traditional varieties such as Castillo and Caturra, before committing 25% of the farm to Geisha. San Pedro has become a consistent Colombian Cup of Excellence finalist, supported by Milton’s processing precision. This “Moon” Geisha follows a structured washed method: 36h anaerobic fermentation in cherry, then 36h aerobic fermentation in mucilage, followed by mixed drying over ~20 days and a 10-day stabilization period. In 2023, we roasted Milton Monroy for the Malaysia Barista Championship, where the coffee was used by the champion.
